The continental breakfast was decent but lacked variety after a couple of days. It became quite crowded during the last hour, making it hard to find a table. There weren't enough gluten-free options, which was frustrating since I couldn't enjoy what they offered. The amenities were very clean, and the pool area felt nice, though a bit small when there were many families. Also, while the hotel had laundry facilities, I faced issues with the washing machine accepting coins and the drying taking longer than expected. Fortunately, the staff were understanding and refunded me for the extra dryer expenses. All in all, comfortable stay with a few bumps along the way.

Wifi connection issues on the 6th floor, slow and frequently disconnecting, forcing the use of personal data. Breakfast presentation lacking, using paper plates and plastic cutlery, with subpar porridge texture. Housekeeping vacuumed only every fifth day unless explicitly requested.

Family-friendly but needs work

The staff was fantastic, I felt like they really wanted to help with anything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool which had a water slide, a nice touch for something to keep them entertained.

It wasn’t cheap but for the convenience it was still acceptable.
